Vegetable manchurian recipe

Veg manchurian is a chinese dish. nowadays it is one of the most popular dish in the world. peoples love to make it on special occasions.we can make veg manchurian dry or with gravy.it is served as a side dish or snacks. so today we will learn how to make veg manchurian at home.

Ingredients For Veg manchurian Recipe-Veg-Manchrian
For Manchurian Balls-

Green Capsicum – 1 (Grated)
Cabbage – 2 cup (grated)
Carrot – 1 (grated)
Green Chilly – 1 (finely Chopped)
Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Corn flour – 5 tsp
soya sauce – 1 tsp
Ajinomoto – 2 pinch
Coriander leaves- 1 tsp (finely Chopped)
salt – As per your taste
Oil- for frying manchurian balls
For Manchurian Sauce –

Ginger Green chilly Paste – 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce – 2 tsp
soya Sauce – 1 tsp
corn starch- 2 tsp
sugar – 1/2 tsp
Ajinomoto – 2 pinch
salt – as per your taste
vinegar – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
coriander leaves – 1 tsp (Finely chopped)

Method  for Making Vegetable Manchurian Recipe-

For Manchurian balls :-

  • For Making Manchurian balls first of all take all chopped vegetables (capsicum,cabbage, carrots) in a pan and boil them for 5 minutes.
  • Now take all chopped boiled vegetable in a large bowl and add chopped green chilly, black pepper powder, corn flour, soya sauce, Ajinomoto, chopped coriander leaves and salt and mix them well.
  • Now make small balls from vegetable mixture and keep them in a plate.
  • Heat the oil in a pan for deep frying vegetable balls.
  • After heating up oil put 5-6 vegetable balls in it and fry them till golden brown colour and take out in a plate.
  • Deep fry all vegetable balls in the same way.

For Manchurian Sauce :-

  • Now we will make Manchurian sauce for Veg manchurian.
  • First of all heat oil in pan, when hot add ginger green chilly paste and fry it for few seconds.
  • After that add soya sauce,tomato sauce fry them for 2 minute.
  • Now dissolve corn starch in 1 cup of water and put in the pan and mix well.
  • when mixture start boiling,  add chilly sauce, sugar, salt, Ajinomoto, chopped coriander leaves and cook for 2-3 minute on low flame.
  • After that add manchurian balls in the gravy and cook for few more minutes. now switch off the gas and garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
  • Now your delicious vegetable manchurian is ready for serve. you can serve veg manchurian with Chinese rice and Noodles.
